@r46e Yes We can unlock HTC One from A1 Austria. But we would need the IMEI to tell you if a code is available for you at the moment or not. Please get the IMEI no before purchasing the phone, put it in the box above and check for price. :)

HelIo. I have HTC 8X CDMA+GSM (c620d) from China Telecom. This phone is “No Service” to make any call. Whatever SIM card I insert, it says “No Service”. When I tried to search for networks it’s working fine. Just it doesn’t want to read my (GSM/CDMA) sim card. Maybe I need to unlock this phone but it doesn’t ask any unlocking code whenever I change my SIM card.
What can I do in this situation? Thank you for support.

i just receive my HTC J One today. When i insert the Singtel SIM card, it didn’t detect any network and show “No service” and an “X” on the network signal bar.
    I did the following setting:
    1) Go to “Setting” and notice “Mobile data” show msg “Disconnected because service is unavailable”
    2) Next i do a manual search for in the “Network Operator”. I able to see all 3 operators in SG
    2) I Click on “Singtel”. It take few mins to registering, however an msg prompted ” AU IC card doesn’t allow to connect to this network”
Is it due to the phone lock? And how to rectify the issue. Could you kindly provide your thought. Thank you.

@manipalreddy That isn’t true, all your features will work properly.
Wifi and 4G connection depends on the network, if that networks support the
bands supported by HTC One then it will work just fine.

You can update your phone to the latest Android version available, you can even run a custom ROM. About Wi-Fi Hotspot feature none of our customers have complained about it, but we advise you consult your network provider about this. The cost depends on the IMEI, please use the Unlock Box on the above page to check for price and availability.

I bought an HTC J CDMA handset which is a Hong-Kong based model which I’m using in India for Reliance. Earlier I was using Samsung Corby TV on which I was able to connect internet without doing any setting. Now, when I’m using the same Reliance CDMA Prepaid card on the new handset, I am unable to connect to internet whereas calls and sms are working fine. Under “Mobile Network” in “Settings”, it says : Disconnected. Also, when I tried setting up APN using the above parameters, it says : Please insert SIM. Do you have any solution for this ?
